Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking an EMEA Labor Relations Manager to lead strategic LR partnerships for Spain and Italy and contribute to cross‑country LR initiatives.

You will equip PXT and business leaders with frameworks and counsel to manage day‑to‑day labor relations and local regulations. Reporting to the EMEA & APJC Labor Relations Leader, you will balance employee trust with business velocity, translating regional direction into practical local deploy­ment and identifying risks

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in labor/employee relations or employment law.
• Specialised LR expertise in Spain or Italy with knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
• Experience advising Director‑level leadership on workforce matters.

Responsabilidades

• Act as LR strategic partner for Spain and Italy, enabling leaders with knowledge and frameworks to navigate collective environments.
• Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation in assigned markets.
• Provide expert counsel on local collective requirements and regulatory changes.
• Support multi‑country change programmes with local LR expertise and contribute to EU LR frameworks.
