BlueView Talent is seeking a Google Sales Specialist to onboard advertisers, learn their business goals, and propose effective digital advertising strategies. You will guide campaigns from setup to optimization and help clients grow their spend with Google Ads.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, data-driven decision making, and opportunities to upsell. A hybrid work model and relocation support are offered.

Formación

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales or marketing

Role Overview:

As a Google Sales Specialist, you will support newly acquired advertisers throughout their onboarding journey, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them build effective digital advertising strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, recommend suitable advertising solutions, and guide them through campaign setup, launch, and optimization. Your goal will be to help clients achieve stronger results while identifying opportunities to expand their use of advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure a smooth account setup and activation process.
• Understand clients' business objectives, target audiences, and challenges to recommend tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital advertising campaigns based on client goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email.
• Provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and additional advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient onboarding process and excellent client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends, platform updates, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
