Requirements include a BA/BS in Marketing or Communications and 2 years in sales/marketing, with fluency in German and English. Relocation support and a dynamic, coach-led team environment are offered.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing with client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Strong CRM experience and data-driven decision making.
• Experience integrating AI tools into outreach workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Understand objectives and tailor solutions for clients.
• Set up strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Increase spend and upsell campaigns; manage client database daily.
