Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.
- Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
- Curious, motivated and eager to learn and develop professionally.
Responsibilities
- Onboard newly acquired advertisers and set up accounts.
- Understand client goals and propose advertising solutions.
- Create, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Build strong client relationships via calls, meetings, and email.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify upsell opportunities and grow ad spend.
- Analyze campaign KPIs and use data-driven insights.
