Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Google Ads Sales Specialist to onboard newly acquired advertisers, set up accounts, and develop effective PPC strategies.

You will work directly with clients to understand goals, recommend advertising solutions, launch campaigns, optimize performance, and drive ROI. This role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven insights, and growing client investments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers, ensuring onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.
• Understand clients’ business goals, target audiences, and challenges to recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, increasing advertising budgets, and expanding clients’ use of available solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve advertising effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and deliver high-quality client support.
• Keep up to date with digital advertising trends, Google Ads features, industry developments, and new advertising technologies.
• Support long-term client success by delivering tailored advice, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending performance-driven strategies.
