Requirements include native or C2 German, 3–7 years of B2B sales with Google Ads experience, and strong outbound, AB selling capabilities. Join a high-autonomy team and drive growth remotely.

• German language mastery (native or C2) essential for engaging with DACH leaders.
• 3–7 years of B2B sales; 1–2 years selling Google Ads or performance marketing services.
• Outbound, full-cycle, account-based selling experience required.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce and Google Ads mechanics for informed discussions.
• Self-driven, highly productive in a fully remote environment with high daily touchpoints.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle pipeline management from outbound generation to close.
• Multi-channel prospecting using phone, email, and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Account-based lead generation for DACH e-commerce brands.
• Perform initial Google Ads audits to tailor sales pitches.
• Maintain CRM integrity and accurate pipeline forecasting.
• Collaborate on ICP refinement and value propositions based on market feedback.
