- 2+ years in sales or marketing
- Strong Google Ads / PPC and digital marketing knowledge
- Excellent understanding of the German market and business culture
- Comfortable with outbound sales, KPIs and client relationship management
- CRM and AI-tool experience
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy
