Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Google Ads Sales Specialist in Spain to onboard new advertisers, help them set up accounts, and develop effective advertising strategies. You will collaborate with clients to understand objectives, recommend suitable solutions, and support campaign creation, launch, and optimization.

Your focus is on driving campaign performance, increasing client investment, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• German language skills required (C2).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated, eager to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Onboard a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers and ensure successful onboarding.
• Understand clients’ goals to recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Build and maintain client relationships via calls, meetings, and email.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client use of available solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and leverage data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality support.
• Keep up to date with digital advertising trends and Google Ads features.
• Deliver tailored advice to support long-term client success.
