Jobtailor is seeking an Account Manager in Barcelona to manage onboarded advertisers, understand client objectives, and tailor PPC and digital campaigns. You will build lasting relationships via calls, virtual meetings, and email, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI.

The role requires German and English fluency, 1+ year in sales/marketing, and a proactive, curious mindset in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience in sales or marketing.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated and eager to continue learning.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure smooth account setup and activation.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences, and challenges to recommend tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital advertising campaigns.
• Build long-term client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email.
• Provide guidance and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and additional advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and excellent client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends, platform updates, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
• Support long-term client success through strategic advice, valuable insights, and results-focused solutions.
