Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run POVs with success criteria to demonstrate platform value.
• Collaborate with Product Management for key accounts and requirements.
• Learn and test cyber-attack techniques against Falcon.
• Provide informal training on CrowdStrike tech and messaging.
• Be primary contact for customer feedback and support coordination.
