CBT is seeking a Business Developer Representative based in Barcelona. In this role, you will identify and engage potential customers, driving new business through outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales acumen with experience in a phone-based environment.

This full-time position offers a hybrid working model and a salary of €25,440 gross/year, plus up to €6,360 in bonuses and benefits including relocation support and professional development.

Formación

• Native level of German required.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills are essential.
• 1 year experience in IT outbound sales prospecting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Identify sales opportunities and profile prospective customers.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to customers.
