FH Collective Academy in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist for the German market to build and optimize first online advertising campaigns using Google Ads. You will work with new clients, understand their goals, and guide campaigns to success.

The role requires German at C2 and strong English, 1–2 years in sales or online advertising, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Hybrid, full-time with relocation support.

Formación

• German at C2 level plus high level of English.
• 1–2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients.
• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success.
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
