CBTalents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service representative for the German market to handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and chat, and promote digital banking solutions.

The role is 38.5 hours weekly, with a schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and a permanent contract. The annual gross salary is 20,730 EUR with 32 vacation days. A referral bonus program is available, and there is clear potential for career advancement.

Formación

• Educational background in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Native-level proficiency in German.

Responsabilidades

• Address customer inquiries regarding banking services, including account setup, password recovery, transfers, and more.
• Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Promote a range of banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations regarding transparency, product information (including purpose, features, and risks), and customer protection.
• Identify and report any issues within the system, tracking progress until resolution.
• Meet the established quality standards and sales goals set by the organization.
