Concentrix is hiring an Ad Sales Specialist (Arabic-speaking) to drive digital advertising revenue from a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers. You will conduct high-velocity outbound outreach, consult on campaign strategy, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment at our central Malaga office, collaborating with a global team and leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize leads and conversions.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales or digital advertising account management.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles with outbound outreach.
• Ability to translate campaign data into business recommendations.
• Arabic (native or bilingual) and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive advertising revenue by managing and growing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers.
• Execute high-volume outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities within existing accounts.
• Consult advertisers on campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization to improve ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Use AI-powered tools to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
