A creative agency in Madrid is seeking a hands-on GenAI Artist to create cinematic and commercially viable still images. The role involves operating GenAI image workflows, writing structured prompts, and collaborating with Creative Directors. The ideal candidate has experience with GenAI models, a strong visual eye, and is comfortable with creative retouching and art direction. This position is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

From our agency Craft, we’ve launched an advanced Generative AI startup that operates within our global production network. It’s a new creative layer where art, storytelling, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence converge, all within precisely designed workflows.

The result : production-ready GenAI pieces crafted for brands seeking purposeful innovation. We achieve this by committing to ethical data, transparent processes, and human-led creativity—where AI is a tool, not a replacement.

We are looking for a hands-on GenAI Artist to drive the creation of beautiful, cinematic, and commercially viable still images across client work, internal R&D, and pitch materials. This role sits at the heart of our image creation pipeline — helping define the visual language of AI-assisted production.

• Operate hands-on GenAI image workflows using models such as BFL’s Flux suite of models, Firefly, and internally trained models.
• Write advanced structured prompts, drawing from our prompt libraries and style guides to achieve consistent, controlled results.
• Assess and perform visual QA on outputs, curating selects and working with Creative Directors to refine aesthetic direction.
• Contribute to prompt libraries and internal knowledge sharing on effective prompting, style control, and model-specific nuances.
• Understand and adapt to brand guidelines, narrative intent, and cinematic language in image generation.
• Partner with Producers to deliver assets on time and on spec across a fast-moving pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with GenAI image models and a strong visual / photographic eye.
• Expert user of Comfy UI and other cloud-based GenAi platforms.
• Hands on knowledge of building and tuning workflows to achieve the desired outcome.
• Understanding of training techniques and bias that lie within the foundational models and ways to either harness or bypass biases to achieve the desired image.
• Familiarity with cinematic lighting, composition, lens language, and production-ready image aesthetics.
• Experience in photography, creative retouching, art direction is a must.
• Experience in post-production, VFX, or design is a must.
• Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
