Madbox, a fast-growing mobile gaming company, seeks an HR Lead for its Barcelona studio. You will run full-cycle recruitment across studios, build a strong pipeline, and partner with local managers while aligning with Paris-based HR leadership.

You’ll drive local HR operations, improve ATS workflows, and represent Madbox at universities and events. Fluency in Spanish and English, knowledge of local labour law, and a proactive, autonomous approach are essential.

Formación

• Solid full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech or gaming.
• Experience beyond recruitment in HR topics.
• Autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize workload.
• Approachable, trusted, and able to raise issues when needed.
• Familiarity with Spanish labour law and local HR practices.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Daily use of AI tools and curiosity about improving workflows.
• Care about games and players and the people you hire.

Responsabilidades

• Run full-cycle recruitment across the studios, partnering with hiring managers from intake to offer.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline grounded in market intelligence and salary benchmarks.
• Own and improve ATS workflows, candidate experience, and recruiting metrics.
• Represent Madbox externally at schools, universities, hiring events and campus activities.
• Be the go-to HR partner in Barcelona, autonomous and hands-on with day-to-day topics.
• Coach and support managers on recruitment best practices and HR policies and tools.
• Shape studio life in Barcelona through local events and rituals.
• Contribute to HR team initiatives on engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
• Manage HR operations for Barcelona and the Spanish entity: onboarding, offboarding, benefits and records.
• Automate manual steps in recruitment and HR workflows and contribute to AI-powered tools.
