Jobtailor is seeking a meticulous junior accountant in Spain to perform daily bookkeeping, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accurate vendor invoicing in line with internal guidelines. You will assist in preparing NAV packages, CAS, and QR using fundcraft, support audits, and maintain orderly financial records to deliver high-quality outputs.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in business or economics, 0-1 year in financial services, strong attention to detail, and English

Formación

• 0-1 year of experience in Financial Services.
• High accuracy and attention to details.
• Proficient english communicational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily bookkeeping with standardised processes.
• Reconcile bank statements daily for funds and related entities.
• Process and review vendor invoices for accurate classification and guidelines.
• Assist in preparing NAV packages, CAS, and Quarterly Reports (QR) using the fundcraft platform.
• Provide documentation and support for audits, ensuring compliance with LPA and internal policies.
• Organise and maintain financial records in the fundcraft platform, extract and review accounting data, and support team members in delivering high-quality accounting outputs.
