Permira, a global investment firm, is seeking a Fund Finance professional to support day-to-day financial control and reporting across Private Equity Funds. You will work closely with fund administrators, manage cash flows, and help maintain Anaplan models for carry calculations.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials, fluent English, and strong analytical and collaborative skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in the private equity industry or fund administration is beneficial but not required.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel; exposure to other applications is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across products and streams.
• Highly personable with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across a global organization.
• Strong analytical and numerate capabilities.
• Attention to detail and data interpretation skills.
• Interest in private equity, asset management, and capital markets.

Responsabilités

• Involvement in the financial control and reporting of Funds (and co-investment schemes).
• Liaising with fund administrator teams to ensure quarterly and year-end outputs meet LPA requirements.
• Cash management for the Funds.
• Track and analyse fund and deal cash flows and produce key statistics.
• Maintain fund models in Anaplan and perform carry waterfall calculations.
• Oversee facility drawdowns, capital calls and distributions to investors.
• Assist internal tax with annual compliance data and ad hoc requests.
• Manage compliance and regulatory reporting across the PE Funds.
• Support Capital Formation with fund forecasting, modelling and MI production.
