NTT DATA Europe & Latam invites you to join an international DevOps environment as a Functional Analyst Expert. You will contribute to business analysis and customer incident management for a customer portal, collaborating across regions to identify, prioritize, and track production issues.

This hybrid role is based in Barcelona, with the office presence typically one day per week; Madrid or Zaragoza candidates may be considered with a Barcelona office rotation.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst Expert.
• Experience in customer incident management.
• Experience analyzing and prioritizing production incidents.
• Experience identifying potential issues and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer incidents end-to-end.
• Analyze and prioritize production incidents.
• Proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Document and track issues in the system using the ticketing tool.

At NTT DATA, we are looking for a Functional Analyst Expert to join an international DevOps team supporting a customer portal. You will play a key role in business analysis and customer incident management, contributing to the identification, prioritization, and tracking of production issues while working in an international and collaborative environment.

What you will do

• Manage customer incidents
• Analyze and prioritize production incidents
• Proactively identify potential issues
• Document and track issues in the system

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst Expert
• Experience in customer incident management
• Experience analyzing and prioritizing production incidents
• Experience proactively identifying potential issues

• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Confluence
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Experience with REST API Analysis
• Knowledge and experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
• Languages: High level of English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Spanish is a plus.

• Preferred location: Barcelona, with availability to work from the office 1 day per week
• Candidates based in Madrid or Zaragoza will also be considered, with availability to work from the Barcelona office every two weeks
