NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Barcelona seeks an experienced IT Service Manager to coordinate IT service delivery in a multi-vendor environment, aligning technical teams with business priorities.

You will lead governance, monitor performance, and drive improvements across healthcare-related projects, with a hybrid work model and continuous learning opportunities.

Formación

• Experience as a Service Manager or IT Service Delivery Manager in complex, multi-vendor setups.
• Solid knowledge of IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL/ITSM.
• Ability to translate operational metrics into decisions and action plans.
• Experience managing relationships with technical, operational and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and tools and AI-assisted coding environments.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate IT service delivery across internal teams, suppliers and business stakeholders in a multi-vendor model.
• Prepare, facilitate and moderate service management ceremonies, including daily sessions and weekly meetings.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service quality and key operational indicators.
• Manage risks, incidents, dependencies and escalations with appropriate stakeholders.
• Drive service governance and support the operational leadership function.
• Coordinate supplier management processes and collaboration with PMO and compliance teams.
• Produce clear executive reporting on performance, risks and improvements.
• Lead CI/CD efforts and IAM-related transformation initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to coordinate IT service delivery in an international, multi-vendor environment. You will play a key role in bringing together technical teams, business stakeholders, service providers and operational leaders, ensuring that priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

You will join NTT DATA, a technology and consulting company operating in more than 50 countries, where you can contribute to relevant projects while working in a close, collaborative environment built around continuous learning.

Your mission

Lead service governance, provide clear visibility into operational performance and drive improvements that strengthen the stability, efficiency and evolution of IT service delivery.

What you will do

• Coordinate IT service delivery across internal teams, suppliers and business stakeholders in a multi-vendor model.
• Prepare, facilitate and moderate service management ceremonies, including daily sessions, weekly meetings and regular service reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service quality, demand progress and key operational indicators.
• Manage risks, incidents, dependencies and escalations, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved at the appropriate decision-making level.
• Drive service governance and support the operational leadership function.
• Coordinate supplier management processes, service requests and collaboration with PMO, controlling and administrative teams when needed.
• Produce clear, actionable executive reporting on performance, progress, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects, such as the evolution of identity and access management processes for external resources.

What we are looking for

• Experience as a Service Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service management role.
• Solid experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments with distributed teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL / ITSM.
• Ability to interpret operational metrics, identify deviations and turn data into decisions and action plans.
• Experience managing relationships with technical, operational and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong communication, prioritisation and judgement when handling escalations.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with Generative AI technologies and tools, integrating AI capabilities into development workflows or applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding environments and developer productivity tools.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants will be highly valued.

It will be a plus if you have experience in

• Technology projects in healthcare, insurance or other regulated sectors.
• Nearshore delivery models or international teams.
• Global technology supplier management.
• Operational optimisation, automation or process transformation initiatives.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.
