NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Functional Analyst Expert to join an international DevOps team supporting a customer portal. You will lead business analysis and incident management in a collaborative, global environment.

Preferred location: Barcelona, with office presence once per week; Madrid or Zaragoza candidates welcome with Barcelona visits every two weeks. Strong English skills are required, and Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst Expert.
• Experience in customer incident management.
• Experience analyzing and prioritizing production incidents.
• Experience proactively identifying potential issues.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Experience with REST API Analysis.
• Knowledge and experience with Generative AI (GenAI).
• Languages: High level of English; Spanish is a plus.

You will play a key role in business analysis and customer incident management, contributing to the identification, prioritization, and tracking of production issues while working in an international and collaborative environment.

• Preferred location: Barcelona, with availability to work from the office 1 day per week
• Candidates based in Madrid or Zaragoza will also be considered, with availability to work from the Barcelona office every two weeks
