eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Customer eXperience vertical in Barcelona (Hybrid). You will lead a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver high-value features that simplify travel changes and cancellations for customers.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Data Science, and Business teams to shape technical strategy, drive delivery, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, global platform environment.

Formación

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional agile team of 7–10 software engineers.
• Define technical strategy for the Customer eXperience domain and related modules.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs and prioritize work.
• Promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Hire, onboard, and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
