Job summary

Cloud9 is seeking an experienced maître to lead our service team for weddings and events in Barcelona and Sitges. You’ll supervise service at 20–200 guest events, coordinate and train a team of waiters, and collaborate closely with kitchen staff, planners and venues.

The ideal candidate has 3+ seasons as maître or head of service at weddings, strong leadership of 10–20 staff, fluency in English and Spanish (Catalan a plus), and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 seasons’ experience as a maître or head of service at weddings, banquets or hotels.
• Experience leading teams of 10–20 people.
• Fluent English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
• Organised, calm under pressure and completely reliable.
• A driving licence.

Cloud9 is a family-run catering company in Barcelona and Sitges, catering around 85 weddings a year as well as corporate events at private estates, mostly for international clients. We’re looking for an experienced maître to lead our service team.
