Job summary

Cloud9 is seeking an experienced maître to lead our service team for weddings and events in Barcelona and Sitges. You’ll supervise service at 20–200 guest events, coordinate and train a team of waiters, and collaborate closely with kitchen staff, planners and venues.

The ideal candidate has 3+ seasons as maître or head of service at weddings, strong leadership of 10–20 staff, fluency in English and Spanish (Catalan a plus), and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 seasons’ experience as a maître or head of service at weddings, banquets or hotels.
• Experience leading teams of 10–20 people.
• Fluent English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
• Organised, calm under pressure and completely reliable.
• A driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead service at weddings and events for 20 to 200 guests.
• Coordinate and train our team of waiters.
• Work closely with our kitchen, wedding planners and venues.
• Make sure our service standards are met at every event.
