Polo Valley is seeking a proactive Front Desk and Polo Field & Club Support team member in the Puente de Hierro area near San Roque. You will welcome international guests, help schedule polo sessions and ensure guest areas are prepared and maintained throughout the day.

You will work closely with the Polo, Sales and Operations teams in a hands-on, active environment. Fluency in English is essential and driving licence with own transport is required.

Formación

• Fluent English is essential; conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or with international clients.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and general office tools.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Proactive, flexible and comfortable in a hands-on environment.
• Valid driving licence and own transport required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome international guests and assist with check-ins, payments and inquiries.
• Organize daily polo schedule, lessons and chukkas.
• Update guests on timings, fields and activities.
• Collaborate with Polo, Sales and Operations teams.
• Prepare equipment and guest areas for polo sessions.
• Help set up and reset guest areas before and after sessions.
• Support the club with practical daily tasks.

You won’t spend your day sitting behind a desk. You’ll be part of the action, working with different teams and experiencing the day-to-day life of a polo club.

Tasks

Front Desk

• Welcome our international guests and help with check-ins, payments and general enquiries.
• Help organise the daily polo schedule, lessons and chukkas
• Keep guests updated with timings, fields and activities.
• Work closely with our Polo, Sales and Operations teams.
• Help with guest requests, bookings and activities.

Polo Field & Club Support

• Get outside and experience the day-to-day life of a polo club
• Help prepare equipment, drinks and guest areas for polo sessions.
• Make sure everything is ready at the right field and at the right time.
• Keep equipment, buggies and operational areas organised, clean and ready to go.
• Help set up and reset guest areas before and after polo sessions.
• Support the team with the practical tasks that keep the club running smoothly.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English – essential. Conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or working with international clients.
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and general computer tools.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Proactive, flexible and happy to work in a hands-on, active environment.
• Comfortable with last-minute changes and taking initiative.
• Valid driving licence and own transport – essential.

Available to start immediately and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
