You will assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, address requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to hotel policies.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Guide guests through their entire stay and assist with requests as needed.
• Process operational needs and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or bell area.
• Share highlights of the local area to enrich the guest experience.
