Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a remote, Portugal-based project. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, and guide them through simple technical issues to ensure a smooth experience.

This role is fully remote within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates. You'll work in a multicultural environment, handling inquiries in French and English and contributing to a positive customer journey.
