Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Fluent in French and able to communicate in English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers in French and English.
• Answer questions and assist with technical issues.
• Guide customers through clear and simple solutions.
• Record and update customer cases accurately.
• Follow up when additional support is needed.
• Help create a friendly and positive customer experience.
