Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a Portuguese-based remote team. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, and guide them through simple technical issues to ensure a smooth experience.

This full-time role offers relocation support for eligible candidates and an international, multicultural environment, with the option to work remotely within Portugal and grow your customer service skills while using CRM tools.

Formación

• Fluent in French and able to communicate in English
• Friendly, patient and customer-focused
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required

Responsabilidades
