Responsabilidades

• Understand customers' needs and advise on boat search; negotiate best prices with boat owners, warm leads only.
• Maximize conversion rate by applying sales strategies and guide customers through the sales process to booking.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty so customers choose Click&Boat again.
