Click&Boat in Barcelona is hiring Junior Sales Executives to join our fast-paced team and support the Italian market. You will manage Italian-speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals and work closely with Supply and Customer Care to deliver a seamless experience.

You are bilingual Italian and fluent in English, with a customer-friendly mindset and team spirit. This role involves some Saturday work in peak season and offers a welcoming office in Barcelona with great training and growth

• Bilingual Italian and fluent in English.
• Ideally with previous customer-facing experience.
• Team player with a customer-satisfaction focus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers' needs and advise on boat search; negotiate best deals with owners.
• Maximize conversion by applying sales strategies and guiding customers through the booking process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty for future bookings with Click&Boat.
