Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join our Customer Care crew and help deliver world‑class service to boat owners and renters. You will manage customer interactions, resolve tickets, and coordinate between owners, tenants and internal teams.

Fluency in English and French is preferred, with 1+ year in customer-facing roles. You’ll work across high and low seasons, support training, and contribute to continuous improvements of our processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer-facing roles handling inquiries and conflicts.
• Proactive problem solver with calm and professional communication.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume ticket queue and multi-tasking.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer interactions efficiently and resolve service-related issues.
• Mediate between boat owners and renters and manage disputes or claims.
• Escalate complex cases and coordinate with Sales, Supply and Finance teams.
• Support seasonal operations and contribute to process improvements.
