Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a French-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit, engage and follow up with healthcare professionals to ensure high participation rates.

The role requires French native proficiency and good English, with strong communication and organisational skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Madrid, Spain.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation.
• Ensure participation rates with your pool using multiple communication channels.
