Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a French-speaking recruitment specialist to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies, establishing trust and encouraging ongoing participation across communications.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, manage follow-ups, and use multiple channels to maximize response rates while keeping records up to date and accurate.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
