IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build a panel of doctors for market research studies in Madrid. You will recruit doctors, maintain engagement, and follow up on questionnaire completion, ensuring high participation rates.

The role emphasizes communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multi-national teams. English proficiency is required; diversity and inclusion are valued.

Qualificações

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow‑up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow‑up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
