Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our Production Hub. The role focuses on building up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel for market research studies, with regular engagement and follow-up conversations about questionnaire status.

You will invite doctors to participate, maintain updated records, and assist with queries. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
