IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies in Madrid. The role focuses on engagement, outreach by phone and email, and follow-up to maximize participation across studies.

Candidates should be fluent in French with strong English, exceptional attention to detail, and professional communication skills. Experience with large multinational companies is a plus; diversity is valued.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among the assigned doctors using various communication channels.
