Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to recruit doctors for our Madrid market research panel. You will establish trust, invite participation, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals while coordinating follow-ups and translations when needed.

Your role involves calling doctors, driving engagement, and achieving high participation rates across studies. English knowledge is required for trainings and internal communications within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills are desirable.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Other tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates across the assigned pool using diverse communication channels and arguments.
