Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in contract management, payroll, or middle/back-office operations.
• Solid understanding of French labor law and administrative aspects.
• Ability to manage deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full contract lifecycle for contractors and freelancers.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts ensuring compliance.
• Maintain candidate and client master data for seamless invoicing.
• Assist contractors with onboarding and invoicing procedures.
• Handle client invoicing, reconciliation of receivables, and disputes.
• Generate essential reports to support business decisions.
