Job summary

You will recruit doctors, engage them in panel participation, and manage follow-up conversations to ensure questionnaire completion. You will build trust with healthcare professionals, maintain updated records, and handle queries.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different channels and arguments
