Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to recruit doctors for market research panel and engage them in studies. You will build trust, manage follow-up conversations about questionnaire status, and keep healthcare professional records updated. The role supports diverse, dynamic teams and requires excellent communication.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different channels.
