Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain is seeking French native speakers to join our production hub and build a panel of healthcare professionals for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and maintain updated records while handling queries with professionalism.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Translating text passages may be required.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
Ensure participation rates among the assigned pool of doctors using various communication channels.
