Job summary

IQVIA is hiring for a contracts and grants analyst to support Compliance Services for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in Madrid. You will prepare HCP contracts, manage reports, and respond to client requests with high accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires advanced English and French, proficiency in MS Office and Access, and 3+ years of relevant experience. A life science degree is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science is mandatory.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Contracts Management or Reports Analyst experience is a plus.
• French and English at advanced level.

Responsibilities

• After system generated requests, develop contracts for HCPs using templates.
• Communicate with HCPs about contracts, obtain signatures, answer questions.
• Communicate requests for missing information and provide status updates.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to policies.
• Respond to client requests for customized reports.
• Reformat incoming files using Access, Excel to maintain data.
• Maintain data integrity and follow IQVIA quality standards.
• Review client requirements with Client Service Reps for clarity.
• Identify data errors and advise on corrective actions.
• Analyze errors and recovery methods for file maintenance.
