Job summary

IQVIA, based in Madrid, Spain, seeks an HTA Programmer to support AMNOG dossiers and market access analyses with strong SAS and R skills. You will translate complex clinical data into robust outputs for regulatory submission and payer insights, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid setup.

The candidate will have a master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, plus hands-on experience in HTA/HEOR and CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints and stats.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG process and IQWiG/G-BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons.
• Automate analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure high quality, clear and reproducible outputs.
