IQVIA is looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Services Support professional to assist pharmaceutical and medical device clients in areas including transparency, outsourcing, grants management, HCP screening and contracting.

The role focuses on delivering work daily using proprietary software, with strong emphasis on process orientation, communication, and data integrity. Fluency in French and advanced English are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science is mandatory
• Contracts Management or Reports Analyst experience is a plus
• 3 years or more related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• After system generated requests, develop contract for HCPs using templates.
• Communicate with HCP regarding contracts, obtain signatures, answer questions.
• Provide updates to team management on status of work and issues.
• Ensure work delivered is of good quality and compliant with policies.
• Reformats incoming files using Access, Excel to maintain IQVIA data.
• Maintains integrity and quality of files and adheres to IQVIA quality standards.
• Reviews client requirements with Client Service Reps for clarity.
• Identifies data errors and advises on creating custom deliverables.
• Analyzes errors and recovery methods for data maintenance.
