IQVIA in Madrid seeks a Pharmaceutical Market Research Analyst (French-speaker) to join the Madrid Center of Excellence. The Jr. Market Research Analyst will perform data analytics on complex healthcare data to provide insights for decision-makers.

Responsibilities include trend analysis, dataset creation, report production, and client presentations. The role requires 1–3 years in pharmaceutical data or market research, and fluency in French (C2).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science/ Pharmacy preferred.
• Native/ C2 French speaker.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical data or market research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
• Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare and medical product communication.

Responsabilidades

• Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client projects.
• Identifies trends and patterns in datasets and coding.
• Monitors messages from healthcare professionals in assigned areas.
• Creates report specifications based on business needs.
• Produces datasets and reports (e.g., PPT) using IQVIA tools.
• Verifies data accuracy and completeness.
• Transforms data to improve analyses.
• Participates in client presentations and process improvements.
• May present to customers and respond to feedback.
• Audits own or others' work to ensure procedures.
• Works with stand-alone and enterprise data systems.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve data quality issues.
