Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international gaming project in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is onsite with a fully paid relocation package and permanent accommodation provided, offering a chance to build a career in gaming and customer support.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist French players with accounts, product and technical questions across chat, email, and phone.

Qualifications

• Fluent French language skills required.
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
• Strong interest in gaming, tech and consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking players with account, product and tech questions across channels.
• Handle account management, login and payment inquiries.
• Troubleshoot gaming consoles, software and connected devices.
• Guide customers through setup, installation and synchronization.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
