Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in contract management, payroll, recruitment, or middle/back-office operations.
• Solid understanding of the French labor law and administrative landscape.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full contract lifecycle for contractors and freelancers.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts for compliance.
• Create and maintain candidate and client master data in ERP systems.
• Assist contractors with portal navigation and invoicing procedures.
• Handle client invoicing and reconciliation of receivables.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Provide accurate responses to complex queries.
• Generate reports regarding contracts and invoices.
• Partner with teams to ensure fluid operations.
