Based in Madrid, the role focuses on physician recruitment, follow-ups, and ensuring high participation rates across studies. Fluency in French plus strong English and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills essential.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation.
• Ensure participation rates through various communication channels and arguments.
