Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels.
